Will you be able to write your signature easily?

Can I use the signature I created overseas?

Of course you can use it. There are many more opportunities to sign documents overseas than in Japan, so we hope you will consider our services.

If two people with the same name order, won't they get the same design?
A.
Rest assured that we do not create 100% identical signs. Even if we receive such a request, it is technically impossible to create exactly the same sign. For this reason, we decline your request.

About the plan

I want a simplified sign with fewer strokes, which plan is suitable?
A.
Typefaces with a small number of strokes are called "quick-strokes." The quick writing type is a typeface that comes with the Bamboo Plan/Matsu Plan, so please consider it if you like. Click here for details on each plan.

I purchased the plum plan, but I don't know the stroke order, so could you please tell me?

You can check the stroke order and changes in speed of the signature in the "stroke order video" that comes with Bamboo Plan. If you like, please consider changing to the bamboo plan. Can you make a sign with both kanji and alphabets?

Yes, please let us know your name in Kanji and English and we will create a signature for both. For example, in the case of Bamboo Plan, we provide 3 types of kanji, 2 types of alphabetic characters, and 1 type of abbreviation. (For the Tsubame plan, only kanji signatures are required.) Is it possible to create several versions and purchase the one I like?

I'm sorry. Since creating a sign takes time and effort, we are unable to offer a policy of ``purchasing only the one you like after making several versions.'' Bamboo Plan/Matsu Plan comes with multiple fonts and can be re-proofreaded after delivery, so it is recommended if you want to choose the one you like. Click here for details on each plan.

About delivery date

How long will it take to receive my order?

After completing the hearing necessary to create the signature, we will generally deliver the product within 2 business days. Please note that due to a high volume of orders, it may take an additional 1-2 days.

Regarding cancellation/returns

Is it possible to cancel an order after placing it?

I'm sorry. Due to the nature of our products being made to order, we generally do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. If you are not satisfied with the sign we created, please feel free to contact us as Take Plan/Matsu Plan will re-calibrate it.

Is it possible to issue a receipt?

Yes, we will issue it. If you would like a receipt, please contact us through the official LINE for quick writing signatures . At that time, if you have any requests such as the address or proviso, please write them down. However, unless there is a specific request, we will charge an "original sign design fee."

What happens to the design rights after the signature is delivered?

The design rights for the sign we create will be transferred to the customer at the time of delivery. Please be assured that we will not publish your information on websites or magazines without your consent.

I haven't received an order confirmation email

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 business days after payment is completed, there is a possibility that the order has been sorted into your spam folder or there is a server error with your provider.
